L.O.L Surprise! House is the ultimate hangout for L.O.L Surprise! Dolls. Unbox 85+ surprises to move the included, exclusive family into the L.O.L Surprise! House.

Made from wood, 3 stories, 6 rooms, and a working elevator! The outside patio includes a real pool for cold water, hot tub for warm water and a sandbox for L.O.L Surprise! Pets.

The 1st floor includes a living room with a real working lamp and kitchen with table, chairs and refrigerator. The 2nd floor includes a bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom features a toilet that makes flushing sounds and a bathtub with purple rain. The 3rd floor's massive walk-in closet and a vanity with working drawers for storage!

Dolls can take the spiral staircase to the rooftop, which has a helipad and patio that changes from day to night!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Leah from Money Well Spent!!! This is the best thing I ever payed for. At first I wasn't sure about getting this, but when I got it I was so happy with the quality. It was so nice and very sturdy. It is loved very much in my house, even the adults want to play with it. I am very glad that I spent money on this beautiful thing for my family. We are going to try and take such good care of this, it is extremely valuable to us. This is very nice and I am glad I got it. It was most definitely money well spent!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Itzasecret from Hours of enjoyment awaits! With LOL being all the rage for young girls my daughter is no exception. She was beyond excited when this huge dollhouse arrived. It's made of wood and took my husband around an hour to assemble. Not difficult and I'm sure having the assistance of a 9 year old added additional time. Once assembled it's absolutely adorable. The colors are bright and vivid and she couldn't wait to set up all her LOL pets inside. My only complaint is the pool and hot tub are not really meant for actual water play since the surrounding areas are wood and will damage. My husband is thinking of using a sealant to prevent water damage but for now we used fake water made from colored paper cut into tiny strips. We added some furniture pieces from her old dollhouse but are hoping LOL comes out with some additional pieces we can add. Overall if you have a LOL fanatic in your house you will not disappoint with this house. My daughter has literally spent hours entertaining herself with this house.

My daughter is happy with LOL products and always loves to buy her dolls or different accessories, but to get this house she is very happy because it is really wonderful its size is large and allows you to properly separate each room from the house, it has sounds and it allows thousands of options to have fun and let the imagination fly, in addition to that it includes many pieces for the house also includes dolls and accessories, it really is an excellent gift for girls, I am happy
